20ph22 Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document and all related 20ph22 platform policies:

• "Platform" refers to the 20ph22 online gaming website accessible at 20ph22.net, including all subpages, mobile-optimised interfaces, and associated services operated thereunder.
• "20ph22", "we", "us", or "the Company" refers to the legal entity operating the 20ph22 platform under PAGCOR regulatory oversight.
• "Player", "you", or "User" refers to any natural person who has registered an account on the 20ph22 platform or who accesses the platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered user profile created by a Player upon completing the 20ph22 registration process.
• "Wallet" refers to the internal balance held within a Player's 20ph22 Account, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free spins, cashback amounts, or reload bonuses credited to a Player's Account by 20ph22 under any promotional scheme.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be staked on eligible games before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer identity verification process required by PAGCOR regulations and 20ph22 internal compliance policy.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body responsible for regulating gaming activities in the Philippines.

By accessing the 20ph22 platform, creating an Account, or using any service offered by 20ph22, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, you must immediately cease all use of the 20ph22 platform and, if you have created an Account, request its closure by contacting our support team.

20ph22 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account not less than seven (7) calendar days prior to the effective date of the change, where practicable.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active Account on the 20ph22 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required by PAGCOR regulations applicable to online gaming in the Philippines.
• You are a natural person with the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is legally permitted.
• You are not listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by PAGCOR or by 20ph22.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee or director of 20ph22 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You have not previously had a 20ph22 Account suspended or permanently closed for a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Each Player is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) Account on the 20ph22 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, identity documents, payment methods, or device configurations — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances found to have been obtained through multi-accounting.

20ph22 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason and to require additional documentation at any point in the verification process.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your 20ph22 Account. This includes all wagers placed, deposits made, withdrawals requested, and communications sent through your Account, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you personally.

You must:

• Keep your Account login credentials — including your password and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential and not disclose them to any third party.
• Ensure that all personal information provided during registration and any subsequent KYC process is accurate, complete, and current.
• Notify 20ph22 support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Not permit any third party to use your Account or place wagers on your behalf.
• Log out of your Account fully after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.

20ph22 will never request your password via email, live chat, SMS, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from 20ph22 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

In accordance with PAGCOR regulatory requirements and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering legislation, 20ph22 is required to conduct identity verification (KYC) for all registered accounts. KYC verification must be completed before withdrawal requests can be processed.

Standard KYC documentation requirements include:

20ph22 reserves the right to request enhanced due diligence documentation for accounts that exhibit high transaction volumes or activity patterns that require additional verification under PAGCOR compliance guidelines. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account restriction pending verification.

All financial transactions on the 20ph22 platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following general conditions apply to deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Maximum single-transaction deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.
• GCash and Maya deposits are typically credited to your Wallet within 30 seconds of transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits via InstaPay or PesoNet are subject to the processing times of the originating financial institution.
• 20ph22 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which 20ph22 accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be reversed upon detection.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible.
• KYC verification must be fully completed before any withdrawal request can be approved.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed by the 20ph22 payments team. Standard processing time is one (1) to three (3) business days following approval, depending on the payment method selected.
• 20ph22 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds or that are flagged by our fraud detection systems.
• Any active Bonus Funds with incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited upon a withdrawal request unless otherwise specified in the applicable bonus terms.

20ph22 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated within the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players aged 21 and above who have completed the applicable opt-in process where required.
• Each Player is entitled to claim each promotion once only, unless the promotion is explicitly designated as recurring. Attempting to claim a promotion multiple times through the use of multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
• Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom are subject to a wagering requirement before becoming eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Uncompleted bonus wagering will expire and be forfeited after this period.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, table games, and certain slots may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Contribution rates are specified in individual bonus terms.
• 20ph22 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a Player has opted in but before the wagering requirement is completed, a pro-rata adjustment will be applied where practicable.

All games available on the 20ph22 platform are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, through regulated live studio environments. Game outcomes are determined independently of any Player action or platform intervention.

Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are certified by the respective game studios and are available within each game's information panel. 20ph22 does not modify RTP settings beyond the parameters provided by the game supplier.

In the event of a technical malfunction — including but not limited to disconnection during a game round, software error, or system outage — 20ph22's standard policy is as follows:

• If a game round was successfully completed and the result recorded before a disconnection, the recorded result stands.
• If a technical error occurs that prevents a game round from completing, the wager for that round will be returned to the Player's Wallet.
• Incomplete jackpot triggers due to verified technical malfunction will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by the 20ph22 technical team.

20ph22 reserves the right to void any wager or game result that is determined to have resulted from a software or pricing error. Players will be notified of any such voiding and the affected wager amount will be returned to their Wallet.

20ph22 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices in accordance with PAGCOR regulatory requirements. We provide the following tools to all registered Players to support responsible gaming:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their Account settings. Requests to reduce a deposit limit take effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration alerts that notify them after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a period of 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently or indefinitely exclude themselves from the 20ph22 platform may request self-exclusion through our support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 20ph22 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on the 20ph22 platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Attempting to access the platform while subject to a self-exclusion order.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain any unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated wagering strategy designed to exploit the platform.
• Using the platform for the purposes of money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after completing wagers with deposited funds.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour toward 20ph22 staff or other users.

All content on the 20ph22 platform — including but not limited to the 20ph22 name and logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and underlying code — is the intellectual property of 20ph22 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions constitutes a transfer of any intellectual property rights to any Player. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes, subject to these Terms and Conditions.

Reproduction, distribution, modification, reverse engineering, or commercial exploitation of any 20ph22 platform content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 20ph22 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunity, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to access the 20ph22 platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, however caused and under any theory of liability.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of platform access due to scheduled or emergency maintenance, technical failure, force majeure events, or regulatory action.
• Any loss arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials.
• Any third-party content, services, or websites that may be referenced in platform communications.

Nothing in this Section shall limit 20ph22's liability for death or personal injury arising from its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

20ph22 collects, processes, stores, and uses Player personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and PAGCOR data handling requirements. By registering an Account on 20ph22, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of:

• Account registration, verification, and management.
• KYC and anti-money laundering compliance obligations.
• Processing deposits, withdrawals, and financial transaction records.
• Responsible gaming monitoring and intervention.
• PAGCOR regulatory reporting requirements.
• Platform security, fraud detection, and abuse prevention.

20ph22 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time in response to changes in applicable law, PAGCOR regulatory requirements, platform functionality, or business necessity.

Where amendments are material — meaning they substantially affect Player rights or obligations — 20ph22 will endeavour to provide registered Players with not less than seven (7) calendar days' prior notice via the email address associated with their Account, where practicable.

The date of the most recent revision to these Terms and Conditions is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the 20ph22 platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure through our support team.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of the Republic of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions. Where a dispute falls within the regulatory jurisdiction of PAGCOR, the applicable PAGCOR dispute resolution procedures shall apply in the first instance.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms and Conditions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
